High-impact social action comes from two key efforts: (1) Rigorous strategic planning - our key differentiator - and (2) Well-executed and intensive campaign management leading to continued evaluation and readjustment at every step of the process.
Strategic Planning includes:
- Defining the goals of the campaign and other initiatives
- Conducting in-depth research to identify key issues, critical unmet needs and
opportunities for change
- Determining the key stakeholders, in particular potential strategic partners and
other major players, such as funder (for nonprofit clients) and competitors (for for-profit clients)
- Creating the campaign architecture and planning for online and new media
integration including web presence and social media tools
- Planning for multi-platform public engagement and integration with the media
Campaign Execution and Management includes:
- Securing and managing key partnerships
- Coordinating stakeholders and partners, making sure the strategic plan is
followed every step of the way
- Constant evaluation and readjustment of the campaign, scaling up success
