    leading to continued evaluation and readjustment at every step of the process.

    Strategic Planning includes:
  • Defining the goals of the campaign and other initiatives
  • Conducting in-depth research to identify key issues, critical unmet needs and
    opportunities for change
  • Determining the key stakeholders, in particular potential strategic partners and
    other major players, such as funder (for nonprofit clients) and competitors (for
    for-profit clients)
  • Creating the campaign architecture and planning for online and new media
    integration including web presence and social media tools
  • Planning for multi-platform public engagement and integration with the media

    Campaign Execution and Management includes:
  • Securing and managing key partnerships
  • Coordinating stakeholders and partners, making sure the strategic plan is
    followed every step of the way
  • Constant evaluation and readjustment of the campaign, scaling up success
